LinkedIn Company Enrichment API

post/v1/enrichments/tasks

Authorizations

X-API-Key or Authorizationstringheaderrequired

We recommend sending your Personal API Key in x-api-key. Datablist handles token renewal for you. Optionally, use an access token as Authorization: Bearer <token> if your application manages tokens itself. Send only one credential header.

Authentication options ↗

Extract company names, websites, descriptions, industries, employee counts, headquarters details, and other public data from LinkedIn company page URLs.

Public ID: linkedin-company-enrichment. Get the current definition. You can read it without authentication.

Settings

No settings are required in the production catalog. Send settings: {} or omit it. Check the current definition for supported options.

Additional properties are supported.

Inputs

Give each input an inputId you can use to match its result to your record. Put the company page URL in data.companyLinkedInUrl.

Use a URL such as https://www.linkedin.com/company/example. Numeric company IDs and Sales Navigator company URLs are also accepted; these can have higher pricing. Personal profile URLs are not company inputs.

If you have a website or domain instead, first use Company to LinkedIn, then send its companyLinkedInUrl output to this enrichment.

companyLinkedInUrlstringrequired

URL should be in the format of https://www.linkedin.com/company/xxxx. Numerical company IDs (example: https://www.linkedin.com/company/1234567890) can cost up to 75 credits per item when the final fallback is needed.

Additional properties are supported.

Outputs

Each result contains your inputId, a status, the data in outputs, and creditsUsed. If the input failed or no company was found, error explains why; otherwise it is null.

The schema lists known company fields. Some details may be missing or null when unavailable. Results are authoritative and can include additional fields absent from discovery.

The catalog and results omit the legacy enrichmentStatus field. Use the result's status and error to interpret each input's outcome.

companyNamestring

The name of the company.

companyTaglinestring

The company's tagline or slogan as displayed on their LinkedIn page. This is a short phrase that describes the company's mission or value proposition.

Credits and limits

Cost: 25 credits per company page scraping

The standard company scrape costs 25 credits. Numeric-ID lookups can cost 75 credits. Failed or no-match lookups can still incur charges; use each result's creditsUsed and the task's credits.used for actual usage. creditsPerInput is null because the amount can vary by lookup.

Send 1–10,000 inputs per task, within 16 KiB per input and 10 MiB per request. Tasks can run for up to 24 hours; completed, failed, or stopped tasks are kept for 90 days.

You can set maxCredits to stop starting new work after a credit threshold. Work already underway can still exceed it. Enrichment and source tasks share your account balance and task limits. See limits and errors.

Accepted task and results

The API returns 202 Accepted with a task ID. Save it, then check links.self every few seconds. Once status is completed, failed, or stopped, read links.results. Failed and stopped tasks can still have useful results. See the task reference.

Example results (sample data and credit amounts):

json
{
"taskId": "00000000000040008000000000000001",
"results": [
{
"inputId": "row-1",

"outputs": {
"companyName": "Example Company",
"companyWebsite": "https://example.com",
"companyIndustry": "Software",
"companyTagline": "Example tagline",
"companyDescription": "Example company description.",
"companySpecialities": "Software, Data",
"companyType": "PRIVATELY_HELD",
"companySize": 42,

"companyFollowerCount": 100,
"linkedInCompanyId": "123456"
},
"creditsUsed": "25",
"error": null
}
],
"nextCursor": null
}

If nextCursor is not null, pass it unchanged in the next request to get more results. Pages default to 50 results; limit accepts 1–100. A page is at most 128 KiB, so it may contain fewer results than requested.
